Hi, I'm Lena - a free spirit!
I identify as many things but labels may keep us into a mental jail, that's why I'm just a free spirit and I assure you a safe space at my sessions. My main spiritual gifts are claircognisance and clairsentience (knowledge and feeling) and I have a deep understanding of mental health issues. All these pieces make me a powerful manifester and your best supporter in your journey to get back into the driver seat of your own life.
My approach to spirituality is practical and grounded. I believe everyone has the capacity of developing their psychic senses and many of us develop it daily at our jobs, calling it a professional gut feeling. The holistic approach on life is reflected in my spiritual work and as a spiritual guide I help you identify patters
