Hi, I'm Lena - a 31 yo healer and Shadow Work guide.

I identify as many things but labels may keep us into a mental jail, that's why I like to say that I'm just a free spirit and I assure you a safe space at my sessions. My main spiritual gifts are claircognisance and clairsentience (knowledge and feeling) and I have a deep understanding of mental health issues, not just trauma informed but trauma experienced (PTSD survivor). I'm here to help other seekers discover their power and live more authentically and joyful, because creativity and faith saved me too.​
