As humans we all are coming on earth with the same equal rights: free access to food and access to land (or home). But we live into a dual world so in order to ‘make it work’ we have to discover our own blockages. People who want to sell you their own recipe for success they just want to sell you their products. I work closely with your own personal success recipe.

My purpose here is to be your guide to your authentic self, to help you get rid of the fears, shame and guilt that alters your full potential. My ability to see through the patterns and layers of your consciousness will make your journey easier and faster and less painful, especially if you feel like a black sheep.
Shadow work will eliminate suffering from your life and will make you more resilient to pain so you can start elevating quickly into your own game. We don’t escape the matrix, that’s spiritual bypassing. We transform and take charge our own new matrix in the shadow integration process.

As a result of doing shadow work sessions with me you will experience more balanced moods, less food cravings and just a overall better emotional, physical and psychological health especially if you struggle with mental health issues or you're a neurodivergent.
The main goal of shadow work is eliminating suffering from your life by integrating different aspects of your personality that have been pushed away by fears, shame or guilt. In spiritual terms you will balance the feminine and masculine energy, will discover your authenticity and get the actual courage to step up and live differently: with more flow, less stress, and more joy as you start cherishing all aspects of yourself. My clients start realizing their worth and start monetizing their hobbies, leave unfulfilling partnerships, jobs, improve family relationships. As humans we always have challenges in life, but shadow work with me will separate pain from suffering, which means more self-love, less blaming, more resilience and more flow and acceptance. I recommend at least 3 sessions if you're aware of a block you have in life to at least start unclogging that space or a session occasionally when you feel overwhealmed.
